Abstract

The dangers of demonstrations are numerous due to the multiple legal and realistic consequences they have, both in terms of societal and political unrest they cause, and legal instability that may be represented by the disruption of the constitution, which may result from the exacerbation of the size of the demonstrations and their departure from the permissible limits. It should be noted that it is not necessary for every demonstration to have a demand to change or suspend the constitution, but rather reality may push for this matter in order to calm the intensity of the demonstrations or end them, which requires addressing the nature of the demonstration and its relationship to disrupting the constitution on the one hand, and on the other hand the scope of disrupting the constitution and its effects.
